We at Chasing Unicorns hope you love your beautiful, handmade garment. However, if you are unhappy, you are welcome to return your purchase for a size exchange (if in stock) or credit note.

Please be mindful when choosing your keepsake Chasing Unicorns piece, as we do not offer refunds. A refund is only provided when an item is deemed as faulty, and cannot be repaired or replaced.

Sale items are unfortunately not eligible for a refund or exchange. A full priced item purchased with promotional code qualifies as sale item.

All Chasing Unicorns garments are thoroughly inspected and quality controlled to ensure our high standards are adhered to. In the unlikely case of a fault, please contact customer service at: info@chasingunicornsthelabel.com.au

We cannot accept liability for any item until it is returned and meets the following criteria:

- Customer care was contacted within 48 hours of receiving the parcel;

- The item(s) was received by us within 7 (seven) days of delivery (please note, we understand delays may occur during transit);

- Goods must be in original condition with all tags intact. Items soiled with makeup, dirt, food, tanning products, etc, will not be accepted.

Chasing Unicorns retains the right to repair any damaged garment. Any altered garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
