We are a small company, and so we strictly adhere to our policies to protect our customers and business, and ensure the integrity of our products and services.
Please choose your item carefully. We have made every effort to accurately display and describe the colours and images of the products that appear on our website. The colour displayed on your device may vary, depending on your device and settings.
SHIPPING: Firstly, thanks for supporting this little label. We love a happy customer and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore we strongly encourage you to email us with any prior questions or concerns. Our contact email is [email protected]. We answer emails Monday - Friday and you’ll always receive a response within 24 hours. Please take note of the measurements, scale and colour descriptions of all products before purchasing.
Please be aware that the photos on our website are as close as possible representation of the actual colours. The colours may slightly differ from the picture you see depending on device and settings. So please make your selection carefully.
We ship via Australia Post or Star Track for Domestic and DHL for International. You'll be notified via email when your package is on its way, and be able to track its progress. Shipping times estimate 1-3 working days for domestic delivery, and approximately 10 working days for international delivery from metro area to metro area. We also have an express international option at checkout. This is using DHL express and usually takes 2-3 days for delivery. We ship daily Monday - Friday. As we are located in a rural area, extra postal time can apply. Please note that some items are pre-order as marked on the site and will not be ready to ship immediately after ordering.
TAX & DUTY: To our friends abroad, you are responsible for any local taxes and duties. Our DHL service is more likely to attract customs and duty charges while shipping with Australia Post is delivered through the post system and generally avoids these charges. We do not accept returns due to the recipient being charged customs fees or duties.
RETURNS: Please familiarise yourself with our store policy regarding returns and exchanges before you make your purchase.
Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. When trying on, please be mindful not to stretch or mark the clothes. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
FULL PRICED ITEMS: If you purchase a full-priced item (excluding vintage + intimates + jewellery) without using a discount code, you can return your item for a full refund (less shipping price) or store credit.
DISCOUNT CODE ITEMS: If you purchase an item using a discount code, we offer store credit only. You can purchase a different size or a different style once your item has been returned and you have received your voucher. Store credit vouchers are valid for a year.
SALE ITEMS: All items purchased from the sale section are final. Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
CANCELED ITEMS:We do not issue refunds for change of mind. You are welcome to cancel your purchase prior to shipping for store credit.VINTAGE ITEMS: Vintage items are final sale, and will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note. INTIMATES + JEWLLERY: Intimates and Jewellery are sold as final sale, and will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
ALTERATIONS: Once altered products can not be returned To save paper we do not send printed returns forms with our packages. Please print the Returns From HERE and fill it in.
When starting a return you must contact us prior to sending your return so we can approve the exchange / return and are aware of the incoming package. With all returns we refund /issue store credit less the initial cost of shipping of your item. This includes items purchased with free shipping. Return shipping costs are at buyers expense. Returned items must be posted back to us within 10 days of delivery, and arrive back in original condition, unworn and with original tags, or we reserve the right to refuse return. *Please note, if you fail to start your return within this time frame, we are not liable for processing your return. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Chasing Unicorns reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy.
