FULL PRICED ITEMS:
If you purchase a full-priced item (excluding vintage + intimates) without using a discount code, you can return your item for a full refund (less shipping price)
DISCOUNT CODE ITEMS:
If you purchase an item using a discount code, we offer store credit so you can purchase a different size or a different style once your item has been returned and you have received your voucher.
All items purchased on sale are final. Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
Vintage items are final sale, and will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
Intimates are sold as final sale, and will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
To save paper we do not send printed returns forms with our packages.

With all returns we refund /issue store credit less the initial cost of shipping of your item. This includes items purchased with free shipping. Return shipping costs are at buyers expense.
Returned items must be posted back to us within 10 days of delivery, and arrive back in original condition, unworn and with original tags, or we reserve the right to refuse return.
