We want you to be 100% comfortable ordering online from us, so we have a flexible returns policy if you wish to send your order back.
We offer a full refund or store credit for full-priced items, and if you purchase an item on sale, or using a discount code, we offer store credit* so you can purchase a different size or a different style (we're unable to hold items for exchange, it has to be done through a new transaction of available stock, using your gift certificate).
With all returns we refund /issue store credit less the initial cost of shipping of your item. Return shipping costs are also at buyers expense.
Returned items must be posted back to us within 10 days of delivery, and arrive back in original condition, unworn and with original tags, or we reserve the right to refuse return.
